On 8 May, MSI’s Gregory Brown addressed the Marine Money conference in Houston, delivering a presentation on MSI’s Offshore outlook entitled “The Rising Tide Will Not Lift All Boats”. The presentation drew parallels with the 1980s downturn, but argued that the pace and shape of the recovery might disappoint stakeholders.
